Pricing Updates and New Business Ventures

Updated: Jul 11

As we move towards finally getting somewhat "back to normal life", some things will continue to always change. For example, we are now facing shortages in almost every industry related to the initial COVID shutdown that are predicted to last years. This translates directly to an increase in cost for these items (less supply, same (or more) demand.

Although I was somewhat well versed in business analytics and profit margins, I haven't ever really slowed down enough to realize my own value. I'm someone who ends up giving until I have nothing left. I love this aspect about myself, but...and, it's time to find balance for a prosperous future, where I can consistently give back. It's time to actually "run a business", without running myself into the ground. It's time for change.

This change doesn't come in any dramatic fashion.

Here are the stringing Pricing Updates:

USRSA MRT Certified Tennis Racquet Stringing: $20.00

Certified Natural Gut/Same Day/Tournament Stringing: $25.00

Certified Grommet Replacement: $15 (grommet included)

Certified Wooden/Racquetball/Squash/Badminton: $30 (takes 50% longer than standard tennis racquet)

These prices are still at most national average rates and are comparable with standard (NON-CERTIFIED) rates in the Charleston, SC area.

This also includes FREE pick up and drop off within 3 miles of my 2 teaching locations (specific day/time availability).

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and love the services that I provide!

Now for the 2nd exciting piece of news! Over the past 6 months, I've developed a love and passion for disc golf. It's a rapidly growing sport, possibly only matched by pickleball and golf right now.

I've also recently started dyeing discs as a creative outlet, and absolutely LOVE IT!

Therefore, I've added a Sweet Spot Disc Studio page to the website, where I'll be continually updating the Instagram gallery with custom, one-of-a-kind, discs for sale. I'm still working out the details of the most efficient place to sell online, but I'm currently on eBay under the "stringtheorychs" username.

This account includes both disc and tennis supplies for sale!

Feel free to add any advice in the comment section below, as this is my first time taking any of my business online!

Thank you all so much for reading, have a great day, and I'll keep the updates coming!
